About
I will be using this blog as a collection of resources for the Physical Computing course that I am taking at NYU through ISOF (Institute for Schools of the Future) which is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation during the Spring 2008 semester. You can find copies of my class notes, my Del.icio.us links tagged for Physical Computing, and more. The course is split into two basic components- the first is a basic introduction to creating animations with Flash. The second component covers basic programming using an Arduino board. The goal of the class is to use these skills to create a project (to be used in the classroom) that involves a visual response on the computer from a physical stimulus.
Note, I am starting this blog midway through the semester but at some point I hope to upload previous material covered in the class.

I have added a page for notes from the Computer Hardware and Architecture course that I am taking at Fordham University this semester. I started working as an instructional technologist in the Faculty Technology Center at the Rose Hill campus of Fordham University this past summer. Take a look at the Instructional Technology Academic Computing department blog that I contribute to.
